通降和胃汤治疗胆汁返流性胃炎56例观察

Observation on Bile Reflux Gastritis(56 cases) Treated by Tongjiang Hewei Decoction

目的:观察通降和胃汤治疗胆汁返流性胃炎的疗效。方法:将105例分为两组,治疗组56例,用自拟通降和胃汤,对照组49例用西沙比利治疗,疗程均为4周。结果:治疗组总有效率91.1%,对照组总有效率69.4%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:通降和胃汤是治疗胆汁返流性胃炎的有效方剂。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect on bile reflux gastritis treated by Tongjiang flewei Decoction. Method： 105 cases were divided into two groups. 56 cases were treated with Tongjiang Hewei Decoction as the study group while 46 cases were treated with cisapride as the control group. The period of treatment of both groups is 4 weeks. Result ： The total effective rate of the study group is 91.1% while that of the control gruop is 69.4%, There is great difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The therapeutic： effect of the study group is better than that of the coutrol group. Conclusion ： Tongjiang Hewei Decoction is the effective prescription to treat bile reflux gastritis.
