子宫内膜癌与p16^(INK4a)基因5’CpG岛甲基化的关系

摘要 目的探讨子宫内膜癌中p16INK4a基因甲基化状态及其与子宫内膜癌发生发展的关系。方法采用甲基化特异性PCR检测37例子宫内膜癌组织患者(观察组)和10例因其他疾病而切除子宫的患者(对照组)的子宫内膜组织中p16INK4a基因5’CpG岛甲基化状态。结果对照组子宫内膜无甲基化,观察组中12例甲基化,占32.43%;p16INK4a基因甲基化与临床分期密切相关(P<0.05)。结论p16INK4a基因5’CpG岛高甲基化是该基因在子宫内膜癌中失活的重要机制,可能是子宫内膜癌发生的早期事件,并与其发生发展有关。
