摘要
依照GB150—1998《钢制压力容器》和JB4732—1995《钢制压力容器———分析设计标准》,并参阅其它国家的标准,分析总结了现行标准的设计步骤和存在的问题,由此提出了一种新型的压力容器设计法———无量纲设计法,并以卡箍紧固结构中的平盖为例,给出了此方法的计算与应用过程。通过此方法可以很方便地设计整体结构相同和局部结构相同的压力容器。
According to GB150--1998 Steel Pressure Vessels, JB4732--1995 Steel Pressure Vessels Code of Analyzing Design and other country＇ s codes, the design procedures and deficiency of the present codes have firstly been summarized in this paper, and a new design method of pressure vessel, dimensionless design method, then has been put forward. By the example of plane cover in fastener structure, the calculation and apphcation procedure are given. The conclusion shows that pressure vessels with the same general structure or the same local structures can be conveniently designed by this method.
