摘要
研究了激光表面强化对孕育铸铁材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明经激光处理后,其表面强度满足了HT300用于一般零件对表面硬度、耐磨性等机械性能的要求。为改进零件表面处理方法提供了依据。
This paper deals with the effect of laser surface strengthening on microstructure and properties of inoculated cast iron HT300. The experimental results have shown that the hardness,wearability,strength of general components used HT300, and the results also provide a basis for improving the surface properties of components.
