摘要
介绍了激光冲击强化的基本理论。采用ABAQUS仿真软件对45钢冲击强化的实例进行数值模拟,重点仿真分析了材料表面应力的分布和冲击区域中心节点的位移历史情况。讨论了在激光冲击三维仿真中中网格的划分、阻尼和率相关对仿真影响等关键问题。
the basic theory is introduced in the paper. ABAQUS is used to simulate the laser peening of 45 steel. The solution process mainly consists of the surface compressive residual stress distribution and the displacement history of the central node. The main issues in the simulation such as the meshing, the influence of damping and rate dependence are also discussed.
