Regulation and the Control of Market Order in China

与成熟的市场经济国家相比,现阶段我国的市场秩序存在着许多不规范的地方,政府管制方面也存在着一些问题,本文在对管制的一般成因和管制的局限性进行总结的基础上,具体分析了我国市场秩序以及政府管制方面存在的问题,指出要规范市场秩序,必须要先规范政府职能,并适当放松管制,建立信誉机制。

There is at present some problems in the market order and the regulation in our country being compared with some countries that have mature market economy. The regulation of country also has some problems. On the basis of summarizing up the common reason and the limitations of regulation, the paper analyzes the concrete problems in the aspect of market order and regulation in our country. Then it points out that to control the market order, we should limit the government function first,deregulate the market,and establish the credit system.
