论我国陪审制度及其立法完善

陪审制度具有有利于司法民主、司法公正、公开、廉洁,有利于弥补法官知识不足等价值,因此我国仍应保留这项制度,并且应在此基础上对该项制度进行完善。本文主要分析陪审制度的作用及存在的必要性,探讨了我国陪审制度的现状与缺陷,提出若干关于我国陪审制度改革完善的设想。

Thus probe into the defect and deficiency of the jury system of our country, expound briefly that the author legislates to perfect and imagine in the future the jury system reform of our country.
