人精浆中γ－精浆蛋白的分离纯化研究

Study on the Purification and Isolation of Human Plasma γ-Sm

通过离心，透析分离正常人精浆，再经二次ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ－１００凝胶过滤层析，成功的纯化了γ－精浆蛋白。等电聚焦电冰法测其等电点约为ｐＩ６．５，凝胶过滤层析法测其分子量约为２８０００。免疫电泳结果证明其纯度较高，并与人血清、唾液、初乳等无交叉抗原。在法医物征实践及临床诊断方面均具有重要意义。

n this study,γ-Sminoprotein(γ-Sm)was purified through process of centrifugating, dialysing and2times fractionating on gel Sephadex G-100 for human seminal plasma,Its pI measured by IED was6.5 and its MN measured by gel filtration was 28 000.Its purity proved by immunoelectrophoresis washigh and there was no cross-antigen with human sera, human saliva and human milk.
