摘要
用表皮生长因子(EpidermalGrowthFactor,EGF)于兔眼角膜外伤,观察其愈合情况。实验分角膜上皮刮伤、角膜浅基质层损伤、角膜全层穿通伤3组,并设生理盐水对照组。结果表明:EGF能促进角膜上皮细胞损伤的愈合;促进角度基质的修复;增加角膜创口的张力强度。组织学检查结果:EGF能促进角膜上皮细胞的有丝分裂,增加角膜厚度和胶原纤维的增生。
pidermal growth factor(EGF) was evaluated in various models of wound healing in rabbit’scornea, Eight-four rabbit’s eyes were assigned into three groups, the first group was scrape wound incorneal epithelium, the second group was anterior-keratectomy,and the third group was corneal perfo-ration, The control group was also included in each of these three groups. EGF was topically adminis-tered in the experimental group,and normal saline was topically administered in the controls.In thisway we could observe the healing of corneal wound, tensile strength of corneal wound, and the resultsof histological examination. The findings suggested:1. EGF significantly accelerated wound healing ofcorneal epithelium;2.EGF considerably enhanced wound healing in corneal stroma;3.EGF in creasedthe tensile strength of corneal wound with full-thickness.Histological examination showed that EGFcould promote the migration of epithelial cell to the area of the lesion as well as an increase in epithelialthickness,EGF could promote the regeneration of collagen.
