直肠癌与癌旁粘膜Lewis^y抗原表达的研究

Expression of Lewis'Antigen in Rectal Cancer and Mucosa Remote from Carcinoma

应用单克隆抗体及免疫组化方法联合检测直肠癌及癌旁粘膜肿瘤相关的Ｌｅｗｉｓ￣ｙ（ＬｅＹ）抗原的表达。结果：ＬｅＹ抗原在肿瘤组织的强阳性表达率与癌近侧端１０ｃｍ处粘膜的在达有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），而与远侧端５ｃｍ处粘膜表达无显著差异。直肠癌旁粘膜的肿瘤相关抗原的异常表达，提示癌旁粘膜存在某神程度的恶性潜势。这些改变在直肠癌术后肿瘤局部复发的作用应进一步研究。

e investigated that the expression of Lewisy(LeY)antigen in rectal cancer and mucosa near to car- cinoma by monoclonal antibody and immunohistochemistry. The results showed that there was signifi-cant difference in expression of LeY antigen between rectal cancer and 10 cm mucosa near to carcinoma(P<0.05),not in 5 cm near by mucosa. We concluded that the expression of LeY antigen in near bymucosa without malignant invasion suggested the malignant potential of the mucosa. The further inves-tigations should be done for the effect of these changes on the local recurrence after radical resection ofrectal cancer.
