摘要
人才流失是企业在经营过程中所面临的现实问题,而国有企业的人才流失更为严重,文章通过对国有企业人才流失原因的分析,提出了留住人才应采用的策略。
The loss of talents is the harsh realities facing the enterprises, especially for the stateowned enterpris- es; the author analyzes the calluses of the loss If talents, puts forward solutions on how to keep the talents working for the enterprises.
