为了尽早取得市场经济地位,中国下一轮的市场经济体制改革应该围绕以下四个方面攻坚:减少政府对经济的直接控制,建立市场服务型的新政府职能;放开手脚全方位深化所有制改革,早日建全公司治理机制;立足与国际市场接轨进一步完善市场运行制度体系;以市场平稳运行为目标建立完善的公共经济服务与管理体系。

From the angle of combining the macro economy with micro economy, the paper puts forward four main difficult points that should be accelerated to overcome in the next step of market system reformation of China, namely： to reduce the direct control to market by the government; to set up a new governmental function of serving for the market and economy; to deepen ownership system reformation and to set up and perfect corporation governing system; basing the connection to the international market, to set up a normalized market operational institution system; and try to set up a perfect public economy service and administration system according to the target that market can operate smoothly.
