摘要
本文通过分析特殊的制度背景、市场环境以及缺乏解决代理问题的补充措施等发现,我国上市公司的代理问题非 常严重,甚至处于一种激化的状态。
Through the analyzing the special system background, the market environment as well as the supplement measure on the lacks of the solution to proxy, we find our market company＇s proxy question is extremely serious, even at an intensified condition.
