The Integration and Sharing of the Resources of Higher Vocational Education

随着高等职业教育的迅速发展,教育资源相对缺乏的矛盾日益显现。充分整合社会各种教育资源,实现教育资源 的合理配置、共建共事、优势互补,有利于高效利用优质教学资源,提高教学质量和办学效益,是在资源相对不足的条件下 办职业教育的有效途径。本文就高职教育资源的内涵、现状及共享形式作了初步的探讨,以期为解决当前高职教育资源严重 不足的问题提供参考。

With the rapid development of higher vocational eucation, the relative scarce＇s contradiction of deucational resource is clear gradually. To integrate various kinds of social eucational resourles fully, and to realize reasonable disposition, the share and complementary advantages of educational resource, are herpful for utilizing high-quality educational resources high-efficiently, for improving the qality of education and efficiency in school management. It is the effective way of running vocational eucation under the relatively insufficient condition of resources. The essay probes into the connotation, actualities and sharing forms of higher vocational education＇s resources, to solve the problems of the serious insufficiency in deucational resources.
