谈述职报告内容构成的规范性

随着我国人事制度改革的逐步深化,领导者述职的重要性和必要性进一步得以彰显,述职报告的撰写已经成为各 级领导必须完成的一项重要任务。但在实际工作中,笔者发现为数不少的领导的述职报告尚欠规范,本文拟从述职报告中德、 能、勤、绩的逻辑构成方面谈谈自己的浅见,以期见教于大方之家。

But in reality their reports have been found irregulatory. The paper focuses on the logical structure of the report from moral, ability, diligence and achivement, hoping the scholar＇s advice.
