摘要
大学是一个办学经营的实体,必须加强教师队伍建设的理念,树立“以学生为本”的教育理念,树立成本意识和效率观念,引入市场竞争机制,打造品牌大学。
Universities in modern days resemble educational enterprises. In running a university, the forging of qualified teaching faculty should be strengthened; the student-centered educational concept should be implemented into the teaching practices. The management of a university should adhere to the cost-effective awareness and efficient working style, and bring in competition to the campus. Thus the profile of the university can be enhanced.
