摘要
所谓德育“内化”就是德育教育的内容、思想、观念等通过受教育者自身的接受、吸纳和转化的过程,从而使之变成受教育者的一种现实的稳定的行为方式和性格特征。我们实施德育,其目的是要将社会要求和道德规范转化为学生的思想品德,这里就隐含着学生要将教育要求主观同化的过程。因此,在学校德育过程中,接受主体的“内化”是其关键环节。
The internalization of moral instruction is a process in which the content, the ideas and the concepts, etc. are accepted, absorbed and transformed by the educated. By virtue of it, it contributes to the formation of a realistic and steady behavior, mode and character. The aim of moral education is to transform social requirements and moral standards into the students'. This implies a process in which the students assimilate the subject. Thus, in the process of school moral education, the students'internalization is the key step.
