摘要
我国法律在反有组织的严重犯罪行为方面的规定尚存在较大的缺陷和不足。应借鉴国际社会行之有效的立法经验,从刑事实体法、程序法和刑事司法制度等方面来完善相应的刑事法律对策。
Some serious organized crimes have been prohibited in our criminal law. But these provisions have some defects. Way of solving is to draw lessons from the international community so as to establish the more complete criminal law, the procedure and the even fit criminal policy.
