目的:观察和验证自制中药解痛酊外用治疗癌性疼痛的疗效。方法:将中药解痛酊组列为治疗组,口服强痛定组列为对照组,对癌性疼痛的作用进行临床和实验研究。结果:治疗组对癌性疼痛的有效率及缓解程度均优于对照组,动物实验与临床观察一致。结论:中药解痛酊治疗癌性疼痛疗效佳,无不良反应,经济方便,明显改善患者的生活质量。

Objective ： to observe and test the effect of Jietongding tor external use on carcinomatous pare. Method： the treating group treated with Jietongding and the control group treated with Qiangtongding were studied in clinic and expriment. Result ： the effective rate of treating group is better than that of control group. The result of animal expriment is the same as the clinical study. Conclusion： the Chinese drug, Jietongding a good effect on treating carcinomatous pain and obviously improve the life quantity of cancer patients.
