摘要
在对传统精益生产理论总结的基础上,指出传统精益生产方式的缺点:从理论上把精力过分集中于消除浪费,而实践中往往存在局部精益的问题,精益生产也不能满足市场快速变化的要求,缺乏发现复杂问题的数据工具;提出改进方法:树立新的精益价值观,通过合理的解耦点和延迟策略集成精益生产与敏捷制造,处理复杂问题时应与六西格玛管理集成。
Bared on a summary of the Conventional lean production theory, this paper points out some defects of the production mode:theoretirally valuing too much of eliminating wastes, while practically only conantrating on parts;unable to meet the quichly-changed market;lack of tool to analyze complicate problems. So some suggestion are forward: new lean-views should be established; decoupling point and delaying technology are keys to integrate lean production and agile manufacturing, lean production should be integrated with six sigma when deal with complicated problems.
