由我国煤炭企业开展多元化经营的原因,阐述了当前煤炭企业开展多元化经营所存在的问题,并提出了相应对策,即认为应采取集中力量,培育核心竞争力;选择好多元化经营的产业;把握好多元化经营的时机等对策。

This paper analyzes the reasons of applying diversified management to coal enterprises in china, elaborates the problems existing in coal enterprises when carrying out diversified management and puts forward the countermeasures. It points out that coal enterprises should concentrate the strength, cultivate nuclear competitiveness, choose diversified management industry and grasp the opportunity of diversified management.
