摘要
通过对接受不同光辐照时间的液晶偏光织构的分析,研究了光辐照对液晶性能变化和液晶分子取向变化的影响,阐明了长期光辐照下液晶显示器件失效的原因.发现随着液晶显示器件接受光辐照时间的积累,其液晶织构逐渐发生变化.失去旋光性的黑色条纹和黑洞的存在是液晶显示器件性能下降的主要原因.
Through the polarized texture analysis of liquid crystal with different light radiation time,the influence of light radiation to the change of liquid crystal characteristic and the change of liquid crystal molecular orientation, and the invalidation reason of liquid crystal display device in long time hght radiation are found. It is found that the liquid crystal texture changes gradually with the accumulation of light radiation time. In conclusion, the existence of the black stripes and black holes lost polarization is the main mason of dropping performance of liquid crystal display device.
