摘要
针对太阳能逆变器高效率的要求,提出单相三阶半周SPWM技术,并以PIC16F876单片机为控制核心,电路简单可靠,在一个正弦周期内开关损耗比常规SPWM技术降低一半,整机效率最大达到91%.
Aiming at the high efficiency of the solar inverter, a technique is proposed in this paper with single-phase three-stage half cycle SPWM, witch reduces the loss of switch by a factor of 2. By using the PIC16F876 single-chip microprocessor as the key control unit, the inverter circuit is simple, reliable, and of high efficiency up to 91%.
