论制度伦理与和谐社会的建构

On Institutional Ethics and Construction of Harmonious Society

追求和谐一直是中华文明演绎的主题,以和谐为特征的文化精神可谓生生不息。追求秩序、崇尚和谐作为我们一种深厚的文化情结无疑也是我们当前提出建构和谐社会的一个深刻的社会文化背景。制度伦理具有规范、协调和创新等功能,这对于建构和谐社会来说是不无助益的,从这个方面来讲制度伦理是对建构和谐社会“良序情结”的一种回应。更为关键的是制度伦理与和谐社会二者在理性诉求和终极眷注方面是可公度、可通约的,二者都追求工具理性和价值理性的有机耦合,马克思所谓“大写的人”是二者共同关注的深层次的问题域,同时这些也是二者在伦理生态方面重要的整合点与互动点,可以说,制度伦理与和谐社会二者之间是一种互构互益性的关系,体现了人类社会追求真善美有机统一之境界的共同期待。

Harmony-pursuing is the topic of Chinese civilization. Pursuing orders and harmony is a deep cultural conception which acts as the cultural background for the purpose of harmonious society. Standardizing,harmonizing, creating and so on are the effect of institutional ethics ,which are helpful for the construction of harmonious society. From this aspect, we can say that institutional ethics is a kind of response to “good order complex” in constructing the harmonious society. We can conclude that institutional ethics and harmonious society will benefit mutually from each other ,not only because of the benefit from the function of institutional ethics in constructing the harmonious society but also because there is something in commom between the institutional ethics and harmonious society in pursuing the reason and ultimate concern. The ethical ecology between the institutional ethics and the harmonious society agrees with each other, which also reflects that the human society pursues the common expectation of the realm of the true, the good and the beautiful.
