绿豆的冠层温度分异现象及其叶片结构特征 被引量:11

摘要 观测两个绿豆品种安9204和保942—34在结英期冠层温度的变化,发现在大气,土壤、栽培措施完全 一致的一个小尺度范围内,保942—34的冠层温度持续偏高,而安9204的冠层温度相对较低,特别是在结荚后 期表现更为明显。观察比较这两种绿豆的叶片结构,发现冠层温度较低的绿豆品种安9204叶片较薄,但叶肉 中栅栏组织和海绵组织细胞排列紧密,细胞间隙较少;在结荚后期,叶片结构衰老缓慢,叶肉细胞中含有较多 的叶绿体。 The canopy temperature difference of different mung bean varieties was found by observation canopy temperature change of An 9204 and Bao 942-34 in podding period. In a small area with the same climate and soil condition and cultivation measures in an agricultural ecological region, the canopy temperature of Bao 942-34 was constantly high and the canopy temperature of An 9204 was constantly low. The canopy temperature difference was more obviously in later maturation stage. Compared with high canopy temperature mung bean, low canopy temperature mung bean had smaller leaf thickness, more closely arranged palisade parenchyma and spongy parenchyma cells and less intercellular space . The leaf structure of low canopy temperature mung bean was slowly senile, and its mesophyll cells had more chloroplasts in later maturation stage.
