摘要
以4个冬性不同的大白菜品种为试材,研究了人工春化温度、春化时间对花芽分化和抽薹开花的影 响,试验结果表明,在4～8 C处理下,大白菜花芽发育早,速度快;10C下大白菜种子也可以通过春化,但春化 所需时间相对延长。通过对低温诱导花芽分化温度、诱导持续时间及诱导后花芽生长速度的研究,初步选定 在6C低温下诱导20 d为大白菜的最佳春化温度和时间。
By using four Chinese cabbage cultivars, we studied the effect of temperature and days on flower bud differentiation and bolting. The results showed that the Chinese cabbage went to sex development earlier and fast after seed vernalized under the treatment of 4-8℃. At 10℃, Chinese cabbage can be vernalized, but relatively longer time of vernalization is needed. With the index of flower bud differentiation at 6℃ for 20 days was the best, at the same time, if we want to get more generations in a year, the time can be shorten, it can be 15 days.
