摘要
我国食品营养强化工作起步较晚。近年来有所发展和改善,主要表现在食品中强化的营养素质不断增多、强化的食品种类也逐步增多;食盐加碘用于防治碘缺乏症以及营养强化食品用于防治克山病、大骨节病等已取得明显成效。2002年第四次全国调查结果显示,高血压、糖尿病等慢性非传染性疾病患病率上升迅速,提示有必要探讨通过营养强化预防一些慢性非传染性疾病的危险因素;同时提示我们必须尽快解决营养强化食品发展中存在的标准、法律法规、监管等多方面的不足。

The result of the 4th national survey in 2002 indicated that the morbidity of chronic non-infectious diseases such hypertension and diabetes increased rapidly, it is necessary to explore the risk factors of such diseases through intensifying food nutrition and taking some effective measures to improve the work of food nutrition intensification.
