饲料与尿中盐酸克伦特罗测定方法的研究

Application of ELISA in Determining Clenbuterol Contained in the Feedstuff and Urine

目的探讨以ELISA检测法检测饲料与尿中克伦特罗(瘦肉精)含量。方法采用先进的竞争酶联免疫吸附法检测盒(r-Biopharm德国拜发公司)和StatFax303酶标读数仪(美国),联合分析克伦特罗。结果该方法与HPLC法和GC-MS法相比,具有灵敏度高、干扰少,测定步骤简便、快速,操作安全,设备投资少,测定结果准确可靠的优点。结论该方法的测定结果令人满意,是目前国内外测定饲料与尿中克伦特罗的科学而理想的方法。

[ Objective ] To determine the content of Clenbuterol contained in the feedstuff and urine. [ Methods ] Advanced ELISA detection box and StatFax303 readout were applied to determine the content of Clenbutero. [ Results] ELISA, compared with HPLC and GC -MS, is more sensitive and reliable with less interference and investment. [Condusion] ELISA is a scientific and ideal method for determining Clenbuterol contained in the feedstuff and urine.
