摘要
目的了解全细胞百白破疫苗(DTwP)与无细胞百白破疫苗(DTaP)在婴儿群体中接种后的安全性. 方法对3～6月龄的婴儿及18～24月龄的幼儿进行了两种疫苗接种后安全性的临床观察.结果基础免疫接种DTwP后全身反应发生率17.65%,局部反应发生率 18.74%;接种DTaP全身、局部反应发生率均为2.05%.加强免疫接种DTwP后全身反应发生率为35.52%,局部反应发生率为30.36%;接种DTaP后全身反应发生率5.15%,局部反应发生率为 6.24%.结论表明DTaP有更好的安全性.
[Objective] To learn the safety of DTwp and DTap vaccines on babies. [Methods] Two kinds of vaccines were inoculated among babies; clinical observation was made on the safety of the two vaccines. [Results] The whole- body reaction rate and partial reaction rate of DTwP were 17.65% and 18.74% respectively; that of the DTaP were both 2.05% ; that of the intensive immunization DTwP were 35.52% and 30.36% respectively; that of the intensive DTaP were 5.15% and 6.24% respectively. [Conclusion] It is proved that DTAP is safer than DTwP.
