DCS在治疗股骨远端骨折中的应用

Application of DCS in Treating Distal Femoral Fractures

目的探讨动力髁螺钉(DCS)在固定治疗股骨远端骨折的临床效果.方法对2001年6月～2004年6月收治股骨远端骨折26例,应用DCS内固定治疗,治疗后对其疗效及并发症进行观察.结果术后随访6个月～2 a,解剖复位20例,接近解剖复位6例.骨折均愈合,平均愈合时间18周,无螺钉松动、钢板断裂、骨不连、感染等并发症.根据Neer膝关节功能评定标准:优15例,良8例,优良率88.46%.结论 DCS治疗股骨远端骨折,操作简单,固定可靠,有利于骨折的愈合及膝关节的功能恢复,是治疗股骨远端骨折较理想的方法.

[ Objective] To explore the clinical effect of DCS in treating distal femoral fractures. [ Methods] 26 cases of distal femoral fractures hospitalized since June of 2001 to June of 2004 were treated with DCS; observation was made on the curative effect and complications. [Results] The 6 month to 2 years＇ follow- up proved that all the fractures were healed and no complications occurred. The evaluation made according to Neer Criteria for Knee Joint function Evaluation showed that 15 cases were excellent and 8 cases were fine, the fine rate was 88.46%. [ Conclusion] DCS is a simple and reliable way for treating distal femoral fractures.
