摘要
提出一种根据船舶报文动态,分解船舶计划航线,得到当前船位所处航段,从而推算出船舶在未来任意时刻船位的有效算法,在中国船舶报告制和多个船务公司的船舶动态监控系统中得到很好的应用,对海上搜救和船舶监控有着重要意义.
The paper proposed an effective algorithm for reckoning ship' s position. The algorithm can exactly reckon ship's positions at anytime in future by decomposing plan route based on ship's dynamic messages to attain the route segment that ship stands in. The algorithm has been widely applied in China Ship Report System and ship's dynamic monitoring system of many shipping companies, and plays an important role in marine search and rescue and ship monitoring.
