摘要
为判定一个港口的优劣及发展潜力,以现有港口为评价目标,建立了基于熵权的多目标决策分析模型,结合模糊数学和熵的思想,运用多属性决策分析中的双基点法,对中国沿海大连港、秦皇岛港、天津港、青岛港的港口资源进行了定量评价,得出了比较满意的结果.该模型将为决策者确定港口的发展方向,制定港口下一步规划,提供科学、客观的技术支撑.
In order to assess the status quo and potential of a harbor, this paper, combining AHP (analytical hierarchy process) and the fuzzy entropy, establishes a model of multi-objective decision making, based on the entropy coefficient, to evaluate the functions of the ocean with the existing harbors as objectives. Several coastal harbors of China, including Dalian Harbor, Qinhuandao Harbor, Tianjin Harbor and Qingdao Harbor, are quantitatively evaluated according to the established model, while the conclusion is reasonable and acceptable. Therefore, this model will provide decision-makers with a scientific and objective technological support to determine the development orientation and make planning of harbors.
