On Governmental Credit

在社会信用体系中,政府诚信起着基础性、决定性、导向性作用。诚信原则是司法的本质要求。在依法行政过程中提高政府诚信必须解决政策及施政透明度、抽象行政行为司法审查、政府角色定位及反腐败等问题。

In the social credit system, governmental credit plays a fundamental, decisive and guiding role. The principle of credit is the essential requirement of administration of justice. In the process of exercising governmental power in line with law, there must be sufficient transparency in policies and administration, judicial review of abstract administrative acts, governmental role＇s orientation and effective anti-corruption measures before governmental credit can be improved.
