龟鹿二仙胶汤治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Guilu Erxianjiao Decoction in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

观察龟鹿二仙胶汤对膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。选择符合中西医诊断标准的临床患者120例,按就诊顺序随机分为2组,以龟鹿二仙胶汤和壮骨关节丸对照治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为98.3%,对照组为88.3%,治疗组的疼痛缓解、活动范围、步行能力、日常动作等指标明显优于对照组,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。说明龟鹿二仙胶汤能有效的改善膝骨性关节炎的临床症状。

To observe the therapeutic effect of guilu erxianjiao decoction for knee osteoarthritis. 120 outpatients were randomly divided into guiIu erxianfiao decoction treatment groups and control group. Result showed that total effective rate of treatment group was 98.3%, another is 88.3%. Easement of pain, activity range, walking ability, and daily action of treatment group were superior to that of control group, there was significant difference between two groups（ P 〈 0.01 ）. It indicates that guilu erxianjiao decoction can improve effectively the clinical symptom of knee osteoarthritis.
