低能量氦氖激光治疗高热患者的疗效观察

作者对低能量氦氖激光血管内照射血液治疗不同病因引起的高热患者进行了临床观察及探讨，４０例患者治疗总有效率８７．５％，其中对脑出血中枢性高热有效率７２．７％，病毒性脑炎高热７１．４％，脑出血并肺部总染、尿路感染及结核性脑炎性高热均达１００％。阐述了操作方法及力效观察，认为ＩＬＩＢ治疗照射过程中，经常巡视病人，及时了解治疗效应，当病人自觉热感出汗，全身轻松感。此时，体温开始下降，注意必病人擦汗防止受凉，定时测量体温并作好记录。ＩＬＩＢ治疗高热有效的机理是其对致热原的作用有关，并发现ＩＬＩＢ对总染性发热的疗效优于中枢性发热。

AbstractWe observed the effects of ILIB in high fever patientsof different causes of dieases.In 40 patients observed,87.5%showed a lowering of body temperature(BT).The rateof lowering of BT was found 72.7%in virwencephalitis,100%in pneumonia fever, urindry fever in cerebralhe-morrhage and twberculous encephalitls,We think patientshould beclosely observed during ILIB treatment BTshould be measured and recorded carefully.when patient'sBT binins to dro,sweat should be wiped of to preventhimbeing getting cold.We find ILIB has better treatmenteffects oninfective rever than central fever,so we think themechanism of ILIB intreating high fever may be its effectson pyrogens.
