制定民族区域自治法实施细则迫在眉睫。制定自治法实施细则务必深入自治地方进行调查研究,全面听取自治地方干部群众尤其是少数民族干部群众的意见。从与自治地方密切相关的教育、民族人才、自然资源和投资、金融等方面,探讨自治地方对制定民族区域自治法实施细则的要求。

It is an urgent task to formulate the implementing regulations on laws of the regional national autonomy. This task should be carded on thoroughly in autonomous regions, and the views and the requirement of the masses and cadres in minority autonomous regions be considered. This paper discusses the requirement of minority autonomous regions concerning the implementing regulations on laws of the regional national autonomy from the aspect of education, natural resources, investment, taxation and finances and etc.
