Food seacrrty and sustainable development

粮食安全是关系社会稳定、经济发展乃至国家安全的战略大事。本文通过诠释粮食安全的概念,分析我国粮食安全的现状及潜在风险,探讨规避粮食风险的途径。

Food security,in a sense, guarantees social stability, economic safety and even national security. This paper presents a relative and dynamic concept for a start and then explores confinement factors which influence the realization of food security aims in China. At the end, some countermeasures are given for reference.
