The leadership of the CCP is the guarantee for the administration with the law

依法行政是依法治国的基础,党的领导是依法行政的保障。依法行政必须坚持党的领导,加强和改善党的领导必须依法行政。

The administration with the law is the basic for the running a country with the law. The leadership of the party is the important guarantee for the administration with the Law. Doing so we must persist in the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party. In order to strength then and improve the leadership of the party we must also carry out the administration with the Law.
