摘要
运用文献资料法,对身体活动过程中大中学生心理健康水平的影响进行论述。认为适当的身体活动可提高学生的自我认知能力,形成良好的情绪体验,提高社会适应能力,从而增进心理健康,其积极效应大于不适当运动引起的消极效应。
This paper discussed the influence of physical training on middle school students and undergradu- ates' psychology health with literature. The conclusion is that suitable physical training could enhance students' ability of self perceive and engender favourable emotion , could increase capacity of social adjustment and build up psychology health in the same time, its activity effects greater than negative effects from unsuitability physi- cal training.
