高原训练对机体血液指标及红细胞2,3-二磷酸甘油酸影响的研究

摘要 机体在高原训练环境下会发生一系列生理生化的变化。红细胞、血红蛋白、红细胞压积均有不同程度升高,其中血红蛋白变化有一个或两个峰值。高原训练后一段时间运动能力高峰期存在;高原训练后EPO水平大幅度升高;红细胞2,3-DPG有明显升高趋势,缺氧时,2,3-DPG使氧离曲线右移是否有利,还值得怀疑,有待进一步探索。高原训练可以有效地提高红细胞变形能力,但这种变形能力会随着下高原时间的延续而逐渐消失。 Human body will have a series of physiology occurrence on the blood index, 2,3 - DPG in red cell and Blood lactic acid under the plateau train in this environment. RBC, RHb and Hct will have a different degree to go up, among them RHb's change will have one or two higher points, this come out that the ability of ex- ercise will go into highest point one period after the plateau trains; After plateau trains the EPO level goes up greatly ; 2,3 - DPG in RBC obviously goes up, whether 2,3 - DPG making the curve move right when lacking of O2 is good for us, is still doubtable , and it need our further research. ; Plateau trains can improve the ability of RBC to change its shape effectively. But this ability will disappear with the time going after departing from the plateau conditions.
