摘要
本工作在材料织构定量分析(ODP)方法开发的基础上,用织构级数展开系数计算金属板材的成型性参数如塑性应变比R值和泰勒因子M等。通过物理数学模型的选择,提出与实际情况相近的简化数模,利用Bunge符号系统和晶体学处理方法,编制了金属板材成型性参数预测软件系统。该软件系统具有菜单驱动型,易于操作,可适用于各种兼容微机运行。利用该法不仅不需要直接测试便可预测材料的性能、免去复杂的测试工作,而且在实际工程中有重要的应用前景。
Based on the development of the quantitative texture analysis (QTA)of materials ,the calculation of formability parameters such as plastic Strain ratio R and the Taylor foctor M of sheet metals from Series expanding C'oeggicients of texture has studied.A computer software for the prediction of formability parameters of sheet metals through a choice of physical - mathematic mode and Bunge's system has been developed. The prediction results agree well with experimental data obtained from a steel sheet. The software will be useful for engineers in the quality control and testing of sheet metals industry.
