摘要
针对SZ36-1稠油高胶质、高沥青质、低蜡的特点,借助分子设计理论,在降粘剂分子结构中引入极性环状结构单元,合成了丙烯酸十八酯/苯乙烯/马来酸酐三元共聚物油溶性降粘剂JN-1。该共聚物独特的分子结构使降粘剂分子“渗”入胶质或沥青质分子层之间并相互作用,从而达到降低稠油粘度的目的。降粘实验结果表明,在丙烯酸十八酯与苯乙烯和马来酸酐摩尔比5∶1∶2,甲苯为溶剂,AIBN为引发剂,温度70℃,反应时间240min条件下合成的油溶性降粘剂对渤海SZ36-1油田稠油具有较高的降粘效果,降粘剂溶液浓度为1500mg/L时,降粘率可达90.8%。
A kind of oil - soluble viscosity reducer JN - 1 comprising octadecyl acrylate/styrene/maleic anhydride terpolymer was synthesized by introducing polar ring into the molecular structure of viscosity reducer using molecular design theory to solve the problems of the SZ36 - 1 heavy oil with high content of gum and asphaltene, and low wax. The unique molecular structures of the copolymer made the molecule of viscosity reducer infiltrat the molecular layers of gum or asphaltene and there was some interaction between the molecules of viscosity reducer and gum or asphaltene, thus causing the viscosity of heavy oil to decrease. The experimental result showed the oil - soluble viscosity reducer synthesized under the reaction conditions as follows had the rate of viscosity reducing up to 90.8 % at the concentration of 1 500 mg/L showing it was effective viscosity reducer: the molar ratio of octadecyl acrylate to styrene and maleic anhydride 5:1:2, methylbenzene as solvent, AIBN as initiator,70 ~C of reaction temperature, 240 minutes of reaction time.
