钻颅血肿碎吸术治疗高血压脑出血的临床对照观察

Comparison Observation on the Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage with CT Stereo-Directing Suction

应用CT立体定向钻颅血肿碎吸方法,治疗82例高血压脑出血,采用配对方法与保守治疗病人进行比较。结果表明,碎吸组可降低病死率15％左右(T观察发现,碎吸治疗可使血肿吸收提前。半年后随访结果表明,碎吸治疗可降低致残率。认为该方法值得进一步探索,可作为部分高血压脑出血的重要治疗手段之一。

Eighty-two cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage (volume of hematoma from 36 to 98ml) were treated by simple CT stereo-directing suction(group A),other 80 similar patients treated by medicine only as controls (group B). The comparative analysis on the results of these two groups were carried out. The mortality rate(20. 7%)in group A was lower than that in group B (35. 0%)(P<0. 05). By means of CT observation, the absorption of hematoma in group A was earlier than that in group B significantly. The six months follow-up study showed that the disability rate in group A was lower significantly than that in group B. The operative methods and their indications and curative effects were discussed in detail.
