不同浓度胰岛素与人红细胞影泡作用不同时间对红细胞膜ATP酶活性的影响

摘要 研究体外不同浓度胰岛素与人红细胞影泡作用不同时间对Na^+/K^+-ATP酶及Mg^(2+)-ATP酶活性的影响。发现:低浓度胰岛素(1×10^(-9)及2×10^(-8)mol/L)及作用初期的较高浓度胰岛素(1×10^(-6)mol/L)可抑制Na^+/K^+-ATP酶的活性。低浓度胰岛素的这一抑制作用在其与红细胞影泡作用18分钟后趋缓。较高浓度胰岛素在与红细胞影泡作用30分钟时,即显对Na^+/K^+-ATP酶的激活作用。Mg^(2+)-ATP酶对胰岛素的作用不敏感。 Human erythrocyte ghosts were treated with different concentration insulin in different times. It was found that the effects of insulin on Na+/K+-ATPase activity were changed with insulin concentration and with'treat-ing'time. Na+ /K+-ATPase activity Could be inhibited by insulin when insuliin was in low concentration (1X 10-9-2 X 10 -8mol/L)or in early stage of higher concentration(1 X 10~6mol/L). Treating erythrocyte ghosts for 30 min,higher concentration insulin could increased Na+/K+-ATPase activity. Mg2+-ATPase was insensitive to the effect of insulin.
