摘要
目的:优化胃得健原方的药味组成和剂量配比;方法:利用正交t值法结合均匀设计法,以胃黏膜组织丙二醛(MDA)和前列腺素E2(PGE2)为检测指标,对胃得健原方药味组成和剂量配比进行优化,并将优化方与原方进行对比研究,验证优化结果的合理性;结果:筛选出优化方的药味组成为A、C、E、G四味药,药味间最佳剂量配比为A∶C∶E∶G=10∶9.2∶3∶60,对比试验显示,优化方与原方对胃黏膜组织MDA和PGE2影响无显著差异(P>0.05);结论:优化方药味数量减少,配比更加合理,疗效可代替原方。
Objective: Optimizing the components and dose proportion of original recipe of WEIDEJIAN; Methods: experiments are arranged to optimize the component and dose proportion of WEIDEJIAN according to Orthogonal t Design and Uniform Design, and the PGE2 and MDA level in gastric mucosa tissue are selected as the indexes to judge which is the better one. Then, contrasting experiments are arranged to observe the rationality of the new recipe; Results: After optimization, the new recipe is obtained ,which is composed of four elements: A, C, E, G, and the proportion between them is: A:C:E:G=10:9.2:3:60. Contrasting experiments show that there is no obvious difference between the original recipe and the new one; Conclusions: The new recipe has less elements and better proportion, which can replace the original one.
