正交试验法优选复方益肝灵滴丸成型工艺

The optimum technology was chosen by orthogonal test in making combination Yiganling drop pills

目的:对复方益肝灵片进行剂型改进,确定复方益肝灵滴丸的成型工艺。方法:以滴丸的硬度、外观、表面光滑度、水飞蓟宾的含量为评价指标,采用正交试验法研究滴丸成型的最佳工艺条件。结果:工艺条件为PEG6000:药物=3.0:1.0,药液温度90℃,滴距4cm,冷却柱长90cm,冷却液温度15℃。结论:通过上述试验确定的成型工艺合理,所制滴丸符合《中国药典》规定。

Objective： We improved the form of combination Yiganling tablets and determined the best technology in making the combination Yiganling drop pills. Methods： the optimum preparation condition were researched by orthogonal test according to the hardness of drop pills, appearance, smooth and the content of silybin. Result： The optimum condition was PEG6000-drug=3.0：1.0, the temperature of drug was90℃, the distant was 6cm, the length of the cooling column was 90cm, and it was 15℃. Conclusion： Under this reasonable condition, the product was available.
