正交试验法优选复方益肝灵滴丸成型工艺

摘要 目的:对复方益肝灵片进行剂型改进,确定复方益肝灵滴丸的成型工艺。方法:以滴丸的硬度、外观、表面光滑度、水飞蓟宾的含量为评价指标,采用正交试验法研究滴丸成型的最佳工艺条件。结果:工艺条件为PEG6000:药物=3.0:1.0,药液温度90℃,滴距4cm,冷却柱长90cm,冷却液温度15℃。结论:通过上述试验确定的成型工艺合理,所制滴丸符合《中国药典》规定。 Objective: We improved the form of combination Yiganling tablets and determined the best technology in making the combination Yiganling drop pills. Methods: the optimum preparation condition were researched by orthogonal test according to the hardness of drop pills, appearance, smooth and the content of silybin. Result: The optimum condition was PEG6000-drug=3.0:1.0, the temperature of drug was90℃, the distant was 6cm, the length of the cooling column was 90cm, and it was 15℃. Conclusion: Under this reasonable condition, the product was available.
