摘要 目的:研究丹参的提取新工艺。方法:以丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B的含量为指标,采用正交试验法进行丹参提取工艺全面优选,并用HPLC法测定其含量。结果:醇提与水提方法相结合,可同时对丹参的脂溶性及水溶性有效成分进行全面提取。在本试验条件下,其中丹参醇提最佳工艺为:丹参加6倍量90%乙醇,回流提取两次,每次1h;丹参水提最佳工艺为:丹参醇提后药渣加7倍量水煎煮两次,每次1h。结论:丹参提取新工艺可兼顾丹参的脂溶性和水溶性活性成分,使丹参的提取工艺合理可行。 Objective:To study the new extract process of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.. Methods: Salvianolic acid B and tanshinone ⅡA were selected as marker component and determined by HPLC to optimize the extract process of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. by orthogonal test. Results: the aquatic and hydrophobic active components of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. were efficiently extracted by the combination of alcohol extraction and water extraction. The optimum alcohol extraction was: Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. was added with 6 times alcohol of 90% and extracted 1 hour for 2 times; the optimum water extraction was: after the alcohol extraction, the Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. was added with 7 times water and extracted 1 hour for 2 times. Conclusion: the aquatic and hydrophobic active components of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. can be extracted simultaneously by the novel extraction process which was reasonable and feasible.
