分光光度法测定注射用丹参川芎嗪中丹参总酚酸的含量

Determination of salvianolic acids in Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine for Injection by Spectrophotometry

目的:建立注射用丹参川芎嗪中丹参总酚酸的含量测定方法。方法:以丹酚酸B为对照品,用分光光度法测定丹参总酚酸的含量。结果:丹酚酸B线性范围2.5～50靏·mL-1,回收率为100.6%,RSD为1.44%。结论:此方法简单、准确、快速,可作为注射用丹参川芎嗪的质量控制方法。

Objective： To develop a method for the determination of salvianolic acids in Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine for Injection. Methods： Spectrophotometry was used while taking salvianolic acid B as index. Results： The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 2.5～50μg·mL^-1, The average recovery was 100.6%（RSD=1.44%）.Conclusion： The method is proved to be simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used for quality control of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine for Injection.
