摘要 本文介绍电阻焊机的一种自学习模糊控制器的设计。系统实现机器较复杂的机械动作的同时,利用带PCL818HD多功能卡的工业PC实现焊接电流的高速采样与控制,实现较高精度的恒电流控制,保证焊接的质量。焊接电流的控制采用自学习模糊控制算法。 A self-learning fuzzy control system of resistance welding is introduced in this paper. The resistance welding control system achieves complicated mechanic actions. The industrial computer which equips multi-function board PCL- 818HD gathers current from spot welding machine with high rate and completes the high precision of constant current control ,which can guarantee the quality of the welding. In this system, self-learning fuzzy control algorithm is adopted to make the current constant in the welding process.
