面临既有的环境和资源压力,如何加强矿区的环境保护和生态恢复,加大采矿、选矿、冶炼中环境污染的防治力度,提高矿产资源的综合利用效率,促进矿业的可持续发展,成了云南必须解决的一个紧迫性问题。
